Privacy Policy
PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") explains the information
that Van Gogh School Photographers, Inc. ("Company") collects on store.vangoghphoto.com (the "Site"), how Company uses your information collected at the Site and
your choices related to Company's data collection practices on the Site. Please
read this Privacy Policy carefully. Please also read Company's Terms and
Conditions, which governs your use of the Site. Your use of the Site indicates
to Company that you have read and accept Company's privacy practices, as
outlined in this Privacy Policy. Please note that this Privacy Policy only
covers information collection practices on the Site and does not cover any
information collected offline by Company or elsewhere by Company (unless
specifically stated) or by any other company.
Information Collected
We may ask you to provide us with personally identifiable information, which is
information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally (such as
your name, address, e-mail address and telephone) when you register with us or
at other times, such as if you choose to:
- purchase a Company product or
service;
- sign up for an e-mail
newsletter or other update; or
- participate in or register
for a contest, sweepstakes, promotion or survey.
Company may also ask you to provide us with demographic information or
information regarding your interests such as your zip code, hobbies or similar
information. In addition, as part of Company's current and planned services,
Company may, at any time, add features to the Site that require you to register
or otherwise provide personally identifiable information, or Company may
require registration or a subscription fee to gain access to any portion of the
Site. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not
be able to take advantage of or participate in some or all of the Site's
features.
We may also receive information about you from other sources, such as in
connection with a promotion that the Site is participating in that is offered
on a third party web site or from companies that share information about their
customers with third parties. In each of these cases, we will apply this
Privacy Policy to any personally identifiable information received. We
may combine the information about you that we collect at this Site with
information we receive from other sources.
In addition to the above, when you visit or download information from this
Site, our web servers may automatically collect web site usage information. Web
site usage information is non-personally identifiable information that
describes how our visitors use and navigate this Site. It can include the
number and frequency of visitors to each web page and the length of their
stays, browser type, referrer data that identifies the web page visited prior
and subsequent to visiting the Site and IP address (see below for more
information on IP addresses). We may determine the applicable technology
available in order to serve you the most appropriate version of a web page,
e-mail or similar service.
Children Under 13 Years of Age
The Site is not a web site directed to children younger than 13, and Company
does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children
younger than 13. If Company discovers that a child younger than 13 has provided
Company with personally identifiable information, Company will delete that
child's personally identifiable information from its system.
Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are pieces of information that a web site either transfers to your
computer's hard drive or stores temporarily in your computer's memory for
record-keeping purposes. We may use cookies for a number of purposes, such as
tracking usage patterns on the Site, measuring the effectiveness of
advertising, limiting multiple responses and registrations when we conduct
polls and sweepstakes, facilitating the transmission of a communication,
customizing your experience on the Site, facilitating your ability to navigate
the Site and as part of a verification or screening process. Most browsers are
initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all
cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent by indicating this in the
preferences or options menu in your browser. However, it is possible that some
parts of this Site will not operate correctly if you disable cookies and you
may not be able to take advantage of or participate in certain features of this
Site. You should consult with your browser's provider/manufacturer if you
have any questions regarding disabling cookies.
This Site's pages or e-mail messages may contain a small graphic image called a
web beacon (also know as a web bug or clear gif) that allows the party that set
the web beacon to monitor and collect certain information about the viewer of
the web page, web-based document or e-mail message, such as the type of browser
requesting the web beacon, the IP address of the computer that the web beacon
is sent to and the time the web beacon was viewed. Web beacons can be
very small and invisible to the user, but, in general, any electronic image
viewed as part of a web page or e-mail, including HTML based content, can act
as a web beacon. Company may use web beacons to count visitors to the web pages
on the Site or to monitor how our users navigate the Site, and we may include
web beacons in e-mail messages in order to count how many messages sent were
actually opened or acted upon. Company may use web beacons to compile aggregate
statistics about the Site and its marketing campaigns. Company does not
have control over web beacons used by third parties and does not have access to
whatever information they may collect.
Use of Internet Protocol ("IP") Addresses
An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer or
network when you are on the internet. When you request pages from this
Site, Company's servers log your IP address. Company may use IP addresses for a
number of purposes, such as system administration, to report aggregate
information to our business partners or to audit the use of the Site. Company
may associate your IP address with the personally identifiable information you
provide. Company may also use IP addresses in cooperation with internet
service providers or law enforcement agencies to identify users if Company
deems it necessary to comply with law, to enforce compliance with its Privacy
Policy or this Site's Terms of Use, or to protect the Site or its users.

the e-mail addresses you or your friend supply us for those activities will not

Links
While on the Site or viewing an e-mail or other content provided by Company or

their own privacy policies and practices. As noted above, this Privacy Policy
only covers information collected by Company on this Site, and we encourage you
to review the privacy policy of any other web site you visit. Links to
any third party web site or content do not constitute or imply an endorsement
or recommendation by Company of the linked web site or content.
