PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") explains the information that Van Gogh School Photographers, Inc. ("Company") collects on store.vangoghphoto.com (the "Site"), how Company uses your information collected at the Site and your choices related to Company's data collection practices on the Site. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Please also read Company's Terms and Conditions, which governs your use of the Site. Your use of the Site indicates to Company that you have read and accept Company's privacy practices, as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Please note that this Privacy Policy only covers information collection practices on the Site and does not cover any information collected offline by Company or elsewhere by Company (unless specifically stated) or by any other company.

Information Collected
We may ask you to provide us with personally identifiable information, which is information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally (such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone) when you register with us or at other times, such as if you choose to:

• purchase a Company product or service;
• sign up for an e-mail newsletter or other update; or
• participate in or register for a contest, sweepstakes, promotion or survey.

In addition to the above, when you visit or download information from this Site, our web servers may automatically collect web site usage information. Web site usage information is non-personally identifiable information that describes how our visitors use and navigate this Site.  It can include the number and frequency of visitors to each web page and the length of their stays, browser type, referrer data that identifies the web page visited prior and subsequent to visiting the Site and IP address (see below for more information on IP addresses). We may determine the applicable technology available in order to serve you the most appropriate version of a web page, e-mail or similar service.

Children Under 13 Years of Age
The Site is not a web site directed to children younger than 13, and Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children younger than 13. If Company discovers that a child younger than 13 has provided Company with personally identifiable information, Company will delete that child's personally identifiable information from its system.

Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

Company may also disclose non-personally identifying, aggregated user statistics to third parties for several reasons, including, without limitation, obtaining advertisers and describing Company and the Site to third parties.

While on the Site or viewing an e-mail or other content provided by Company or the Site, you may encounter links to other web sites or online materials operated by third parties. If you "click" on a link to such a third party, the "click" takes you off the Site and to a third party's web site, which is beyond Company's control. These other web sites may set their own cookies (there is information above about cookies), collect data or have their own privacy policies and practices. As noted above, this Privacy Policy only covers information collected by Company on this Site, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any other web site you visit.  Links to any third party web site or content do not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by Company of the linked web site or content.

USER Forums
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you may disclose publicly in user forums (such as blogs, chat rooms, bulletin boards, or similar web pages). You should keep in mind that whenever you publicly disclose information about yourself online, that information could be collected and used by people that you do not know.   You should exercise discretion when using these user forums.  In addition, certain message boards (and similar user forums) may display IP addresses (there is information above about IP addresses) along with the message poster's name and message. In some instances, you may choose to create a public profile that will be available to others.  You are solely responsible for your public profile's content.  Company bears no responsibility for any action or policies of any third parties who collect any information that visitors may disclose in user forums or other public areas, if any, on the Site.  If you are asked to create a user name, we recommend not using your real name or other information that can be used to identify you.  In addition, do not use the real name of another person when selecting a user name.  Company does not endorse the content in any user forums.
